Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you may submit a return request within 30 days after receiving your items.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your merchandise must be in the exact condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags intact and in its original packaging. You are also required to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label along with instructions detailing how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged & Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If any items are defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong merchandise, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain product categories are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, fresh flowers and live plants)
- Custom-made products (including special orders and personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as cosmetics)
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases.

Regrettably, clearance sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive your desired product is to return your current item. Once your return has been processed and approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the terms above, customers whose orders are delivered to the European Union hold the right to cancel their order or return goods within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required.
As stated earlier, returned goods must remain in their original received condition: unworn, unused, complete with all tags and original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned package, we will send you a notification to inform you whether your refund application has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please bear in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
