This Shipping Policy governs the delivery terms for all orders placed on the nailtour website and store. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping, delivery, and liability terms outlined below. All services are provided by nailtour, powered by Shopify.
Order Processing
All orders are subject to verification and processing before shipment. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. Order processing begins once your payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing times may be extended during sales, holiday seasons, or due to inventory updates.
Shipping Fees & Taxes
Shipping fees, handling charges, customs duties, and import taxes are not included in the product displayed prices, unless otherwise specified in promotional activities.
Applicable fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any promotional shipping offers are subject to separate promotion terms, which shall prevail in case of conflicts with this policy. Customers are solely responsible for all local import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by their destination country or region.
Delivery Timeframes
All delivery dates and shipping times are estimated only and not guaranteed. Standard domestic and international shipping typically takes 5–15 business days after processing.
Delays may occur due to carrier logistics issues, customs inspection, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. nailtour shall not be held liable for any shipping delays.
Shipping Risk & Ownership Transfer
Once your package is dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, the ownership and risk of loss or damage of the products are fully transferred to you, the customer.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after successful carrier handover, nor for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date shipping addresses, contact information, and delivery details. nailtour is not liable for undelivered packages, lost items, or return shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Failed delivery due to customer address errors may result in additional return or reshipping fees borne by the customer.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, contact our customer service promptly at julienmarvinhch@outlook.com for problem assessment and solutions.
All damage and wrong item claims must be submitted in a timely manner to be eligible for verification and after-sales support.
Order Modification & Cancellation
Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications, address changes, and cancellation requests may not be accepted. We recommend carefully reviewing all order information before submission.
